Your wedding photographer plays a critical role on wedding day. Long after the flowers have wilted, the cake has been eaten and the guests have gone home, all that will remain of your special day are the photographs.
Below are a few of client’s frequently asked questions. If you have additional questions, please feel free to contact Kristin Griffin.
Q: Will you be the photographer on our wedding day?
A: YES! I’m always the principle photographer for any wedding I book.
Q: How long have you been a wedding photographer?
A: I shot my first wedding in 2004.
Q: How many other weddings will you have on our date?
A: I only book one wedding per day. You have my full attention.
Q: What type of photography do you specialize in?
A: I’m a fine art photographer who used to specialize only in night photography and studio portraits. My wedding style is photojournalistic with a fine art edge. I try to be as unobtrusive as possible, but will also lightly pose formal images.
Q: Do you carry professional liability insurance?
A: Yes, Kristin Griffin Photography is fully licensed and insured. Proof of insurance will be provided for your ceremony and reception locations.
Q: What happens if you are sick or have an emergency on the date of our wedding?
A: I collaborate with a number of experienced photographers who would be available to fill-in for an emergency.
Q: How far in advance must we book your services?
A: Weddings book up to two years in advance; however, call since some dates may be available sooner.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Deposits are non-refundable and used to reserve your date. If another wedding is contracted for your date, the deposit will be returned. All additional money paid will be refunded.

A: Yes, it’s in all packages.
Q: When will our proofs be ready? Can we keep them?
A: Online proofs are posted within 1-2 weeks. Printed proofs and proof albums are ready approximately one month after your wedding date. Yes – you keep all your proofs. They are your pictures!
Q: Can we purchase the negatives or buy prints later?
A: A CD of the images is yours to keep as part of the Sapphire and Diamond Collections. I can produce prints or albums for you up to two years after your wedding date.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: I accept cash, money order, check (payable to Kristin Griffin Photography) or credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover).
